Raymond Orville Kelley (ROK)
The experiences of this life have taught many lessons that have come easily and others that have come with great difficulty. Of all the things I have done the two most important and critical were first, becoming a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and second, marrying Becky Joy Mikkelson. All other blessings that have come into my life since those two events are because of them.
I would like to pay tribute to a mother who taught me what real courage is in this life and a father who shared his life with me through many long talks reading together the works of William Shakespeare. They both taught me how to give love and how to receive love.
I pay tribute to an older brother who was often a second father to me thus someone I desired to emulate. Although we have always been different we are bound by an unbreakable bond of brotherly love.
In this life I have been a religion teacher of junior high school, high school and college students. The blessings I have received from those 30 years are far beyond any words I have to explain. In this blog my desire is to share not what I have taught but what I have learned.
